I considered a post about how Good Morning Vietnam was an influence on me during my college radio career and how I have never been allowed to use the same kind of manic energy or humor that Robin Williams displayed in that film in my paid (HA!) radio career. Then I realized that people probably get tired of my complaints about the state of radio. Instead I decided hunt down this routine that Robin Williams performed on his Reality - What a Concept LP entitled "Grandpa Funk." Williams envisions himself as an old man in the future. This was recorded at the height of the popularity of Mork and Mindy.
A kinder, gentler version of the old blog. This will take a fun look at pop culture, because nothing upsets Ozarkers more than fun and pop culture. Mwu-HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

R.I.P ROBIN WILLIAMS
